Daily
- Includes electric, water, sewer and basic wifi.
Weekly
- Includes electric, water, sewer and basic wifi.
Monthly
- Includes water, sewer and basic wifi. Metered electric.
- $200 Utility Deposit Required.
- Multiple months require first and last month deposit.

$2,900 + electric for Annual Limited Residency
Rental Units:
- 24 Foot Travel Trailer rental is $675 per month plus electric and propane. $200 utility/damage deposit required
- 32 Foot 5th Wheel rental is $800 per month plus electric and propane. $200 utility/damage deposit required
RV Storage: $100 per month
Storage Sheds: (can accommodate golf carts) $200 – $250 per year, plus $15 monthly for electric.
Tent camping: $30 per night, no electricity (2 persons).
All rates are based on 2-person occupancy. A $5 per night, per person charge will be assessed for additional guests. Children 12 and under are free. Please read our Park Rules for additional terms and conditions.
Reservation Policy
Daily and Weekly reservations require full payment at time of reservation.
Monthly Reservations require a 1-month deposit at time of reservation and will be applied to the final months charges.
Due to high demand in the winter season (December, January, February, and March), we suggest that you book early for the length of time you wish to stay. Extensions during the season may not be available.
Refund Policy
No refunds on or after arrival. Cancellations for all camping reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. If a refund is required it will be issued in the form of a company check, less a charge for one night stay.
Early departures/cancellations on a multi-month reservation require a 30-day notice to receive any deposit refund.
Early departures/cancellations with less than 30-day notice will not receive any rate or deposit refund.
Annual renters that decide to leave prior to their anniversary date will be charged at the monthly rate for the time their actual stay was. (Annual renters are required to completely remove all items from their campsite upon departure). A Maintenance fee may be applied if the site is not in a rentable condition. Storage shed rental fees will not be refunded with an early departure/cancellation.
In the event an emergency is involved in a departure/cancellation, refunds would be at Management’s discretion.
Amazing place! We were evacuating out of Corpus Christi getting away from hurricane Harvey and ended up in Falfurrias at Countryside RV park. The owners made us feel welcome and safe every day we were there. I almost forgot we weren’t on vacation because we had so much fun. My daughter enjoyed the pool every day and myself and father would have loved to enjoy the golf course if we had our equipment with us. If you ever get to stay here do it, they will make you feel welcome and at home.
I was given a very large FHU pull-thru site for my 42′ 5th wheel. Plenty of room to maneuver in the park and more than enough room at my site (13). Each site has a new large concrete patio and the utilities are placed perfectly on the site.. The park is adjacent to a public golf course and the park is very close to any supplies you might need from town. I used my dish & hot spot, so can’t comment on the park’s (available). Laundry & Bathrooms are clean and maintained. They have a pool and hot tub. Will definitely use this park again if in the area.
