We are a beautiful and fun RV park catering to winter Texans, temporary work assignment professionals and other mobile RV enthusiasts. Make us your destination at the top of the Rio Grande Valley and experience our hospitality, amenities and warm sub-tropical south Texas climate.

Located in Falfurrias, Texas, just off Rt 281 and next to the city golf course, we’re close to the Gulf Coast, McAllen, Laredo, The King Ranch, the Rio Grande Valley, old Mexico and more.

We are a pet and big-rig friendly park. The majority of our sites are 50 amp pull-through sites.

Great Gem of a park everyone is friendly especially the owners. The owners and staff make you feel like you are family. Beautiful Golf Course and can hear the roosters in the morning . Clean and well groomed grounds with ample space to roam. Highly recommended

When in Falfurrias, Texas, this is best place for RV’ers for an extended stay or just over night. We spend our winters here. The owners are friendly and make sure we have everything we need to have the best experience possible. There are many friendly people here that are from all over the United States and Canada.
