AMENITIES – Countryside RV Park of South Texas

We offer a clean, quiet and comfortable RV park, right next door to a public golf course. Management and staff are RVers themselves and live onsite.

The park is completely fenced and is patrolled by park staff on a regular basis. We strive to be a community among ourselves, as well as a part of the local community.

YEAR ROUND AMENITIES

Easy Access – We’re located just off the frontage road of Rt 281 on the edge of Falfurrias, TX. Park roads are wide and paved. Lots are spacious and most are pull-throughs.

City Utilities – Our water, electric and sewer are all tied into the local municipal utilities

Strong Cell Signals and Clear Access to Southern Sky – However, we do have few “over the air” tv channels available.

Park-Wide Wifi – Free monthly plan with 400 mb data (per device). Ideal for checking emails. Additional paid plans available for streaming or greater data consumption.

Pool House – Our pool house has a swimming pool and a huge spa tub. The walls of the pool house can be opened up, so it’s like being outside in the summer and warmer days, while still usable year round. The pool house also has showers/restrooms.

Shuffle Board – Adjacent to our pool house is a sun deck and shuffle board court.

Horse Shoe Pits – On property for your fun and enjoyment

Laundry Room – with clean, modern washers and dryers (coin operated). There are restrooms/showers attached to the laundry room. Laundry room available 9am – 9pm.

Gym – We’re adding to our gym capabilities. We currently have some light weights and machines for your use.

Landscaped Property – Beautifully maintained property. We have palm trees, spanish daggers, cacti and fruit trees throughout the park. In season, guests can enjoy our oranges, tangerines and grapefruits straight from the tree!

Nicely Appointed Sites – each site has water, sewer and electric hookups. All sites are 50 amp (30 amp avail). Each site is level, landscaped and includes a concrete patio.

WINTER TEXAN AMENITIES

We have Winter Texans (known elsewhere as snowbirds) from all over the United States and Canada who join us every year for our wonderful weather and convenient location. We offer a number of activities, parties and events for our Winter Texans.
